Running Blog Entry #1

Today I went on my first run! The goal of this run was only to see how far my starting distance was so I can have something to look back at while I am increasing my running distance. I was feeling quite motivated today, because I hadn't gone on a run in a few months. I wasn't sure how far the route that I was running was, but I remembered from my last run, that I struggled to complete it, so I was looking forward to seeing if I still find it challenging or not.


After completing the run, I was quite proud of myself as I had completed the trail quite easily compared to previous experiences. Although I was still quite tired when running, I felt that I had a enough energy to keep running until the route was complete. So because of that, I am quite proud of myself. Once the trail was over, I felt that I still had enough energy to run more, but I decided to stop then because I thought that I wouldn't be able to complete the run without stopping.

Now that I have finished my run a few hours ago, I have already noticed that I have more motivation to do my work and have been much more productive then I would normally. As today is a Saturday, it was easy to fit in this run and did not interfere with my schedule.
